Spotted this in Chandni Chowk…can’t believe it’s from this century! Wonder what goes on behind that dilapidated window…. Would it transport us to 1857, perhaps even earlier?

I’m more nervous about that Air Conditioning unit at the top ready to topple at any moment!
Yeah I know…it looks so precariously positioned, not to mention very out of place.
Just yest.. I was telling someone, how much I love Delhi, for some of its very old world charm and remains…!! And each time I view such remnants, I feel and wish… if I could get a sneak peek to those times and era!
Am I thrilled to see someone sharing my sense of love for all things old and in ruins! I can lose all sense of time wandering through old monuments and places! Your blog has been a very interesting discovery this autumn afternoon and I have a feeling it’ll be instrumental in helping me come face to face with the Delhi I am trying to uncover!
